A new forum for all PhD students at the Norwegian Radium Hospital has been initiated by the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Oslo, and the PhD students in CCB will therefore enter this new, joint PhD forum as from 2010.
The PhD Forum was established in January 2009 and is an arena where the PhD students of the centre get to know each other, learn about and discuss topics relevant for their work. By January 2009 there were 37 PhD students associated with the centre and these will gather six times per year for a two hour meeting. The PhD board is responsible for the organization of the meetings and consists of one PhD student from each research group.
